While in 1945 Wayne became the owner of the destination, more than half a century later in 2007, Maya Mallick bought it, bringing back the old-fashioned sophistication for which the majestic destination is known. In 1997, the hotel became part of the National Register of Historic Places, continuing to take pride in its iconic and authentic vibe, restored to its 46 rooms, inviting dining room, and beautiful outdoor space. With live jazz music, traditional afternoon tea service, and happy hour, served daily, the Culver Hotel comes to life.
